Another lovely Vintage Flea Market (8/22/15)

As always, we had so much at our recent Vintage Flea Market (August 22, 2015)... and the weather cooperated for the most part (not too hot... just bearable). Our vendors brought so many great finds: it was a fabulous market! Next one (and last of the season) is scheduled for September 19, from 10-4, in the gardens at Pomegranate. Here are some photos to drool over (many things may have already sold, but you never know – definitely check back at our next market).

Loved this perfect vintage typewriter in its case

She was quite the helper in mom & dad's booth!

New arrivals: like Christmas... not yet

Market was a blast this summer: we found so many wonderful new things, and they're all starting to roll in now (so, by the way, are halloween and christmas treats, but we're storing those away until it's time to show – like maybe when it's not so HOT and still summer??!). As usual, we're juggling for space for everything...

Here are a couple of pics of new arrivals we love:

Wood and pewter salt dishes (and serving bowls)

French exfoliating soaps: great for gardeners, summer skin...

A new line of French soaps (my favorite: Dune & Sea Fennel)

Also liquid hand soaps and lovely lotions...

The lovely Citrus & Bergamot soap in the same collection

Quirky vases (all one piece) for a handful of garden flowers

Hand-loomed foutas: a throw, a wrap, a tablecloth, a blanket...

More foutas in beautiful tones

Our microwaveable bowls are back: for leftovers, lunches...

... picnics or potlucks

Fishy mugs for your favorite fisherperson

New line of copper and brass bar accoutrements

Love these airplane stirrers for your retro martinis

More shot glasses, jigger, flask... all beautifully boxed for gift-giving

Made in US canvas flasks for water, wine, whatever...

Canvas flask with shot glass

Reusable canvas wine bags with chalkboard front

Lovely Inis hand cream in a petite travel/purse size

Vintage Flea Market Photos (Aug. 1, 2015)

Our August 1 Vintage Flea Market was a blast, despite the hot temps. We did have the misters going on the back gazebo, and you could run out there and cool down in between shopping adventures. Kudos to our fabulous vendors who worked hard, brought great stuff, stuck it through to the very end, even though the afternoon was pretty darn hot. We all had a good day! Here are a few pics of some of our favorite finds...
